Collect documents into one application file
Select PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP documents and load their pages. Deselect unnecessary pages, move pages earlier or later and enter the destination portal’s size limit in MB.
Application PDF Preparer
Combine PDFs and document photos, reorder pages and check a size limit. Compare source and output previews. Free, local PDF preparation.
Example and supported scope
For a portal allowing 2 MB, set the limit to 2. Pages are combined as a regular PDF first; eligible JPEG photos can be reduced while retaining text. The result shows the updated JPEG count and file size. If needed, explicitly allow image-based compression. Compare source and output side by side for readability.
Neither target size nor application acceptance is guaranteed; oversized output is clearly marked. Image-based compression removes selectable text, links and accessibility tags. Signed/fillable PDFs are unsupported. Up to 20 files and 80 pages; 20 pages for image-based compression.
